Story
Throughout 2018 I'm aiming to raise £20,000 for Bowel Cancer UK. I'm running the Miami half, organising a run from East Midlands airport to Nottingham Castle with 158 runners, Connemara ultra (39 miles), Chicago and Berlin marathon, Nottingham half with my friend Mel who uses a wheelchair and climbing Kilimanjaro.

2nd February 2018Krispy Kreme Challenge tomorrow morning at 8am in aid of Bowel Cancer UK. Over £6000 raised so far....
KKC is running 2.5 miles, eat up to 12 donuts and then run back!
