We are following the Freedom Trail, a demanding trek in the Pyrenees in July for 7 days, one of the toughest WW2 escape routes from occupied France into Spain.
The trek is arduous and steep, on remote trails reaching approximately 2500 metres. En route we will pass plaques and memorials dedicated to the bravery of local people who risked their lives to help thousands of allied service men and refugees fleeing to safety.
Knowing what these people went through to help others and raising money to support Bowel Cancer UK's various campaigns to raise awareness in the UK of the symptoms of bowel cancer will keep us going to the end.
We appreciate your donation.
Thanks
