As you all know I've raised thousands of pounds in memory of my dad since he passed away in 2006. Since then I've had several friends who have passed away from bowel cancer.

I want to raise awareness of the symptoms, to stress the importance of going to the doctor and more importantly to ask for a colonoscopy if you feel something isn't right.

You know your own toilet habits, what feels right etc so why not go to the doctor? We all go to the toilet, don't we? So why be embarrassed?
