This is happening!!!
I'm running approx. 30 miles (as long as I don't get lost!) around the Nottingham City Boundary for Bowel Cancer UK this Saturday. A few people are joining me to keep me company. It is not a race; more of a long fun run to raise awareness of the symptoms of bowel cancer and hopefully some cash for the charity, in memory of my dad Frank who passed away from bowel cancer in 2006.

Thanks so much to everyone who has donated to the charity and supported me over the years. I just have a few more wild runs to go!
